Interpretation of quote

Whether it is in school or at work, there are countless of opportunities to work with various people who may have differing technical backgrounds. The skills we develop as students enables us to not only articulate and resolve intricate technical issues, but also foster a seamless flow of ideas, enhancing the team's efficiency.
